Adarsh is a Partner at the Firm and helped the Firm set up its Bengaluru office and grow it to its current strength. 

With a decade and a half of professional experience, Adarsh’s extensive knowledge and experience in advising clients across multiple areas make him one of the key practitioners within the Firm. His areas of expertise include entry strategy for global multi-national technology and manufacturing companies, capital raise for early and growth stage companies, financial and strategic investments, acquisitions (domestic, cross-border, buy-side, sell-side), structured debt issuances, general corporate counsel and business agreements (relating to SaaS, Technology, Joint Ventures, Procurement and Supply, among others).

Adarsh’s approach is meticulous, holistic, and personalized which is tailored to the unique needs and risk tolerance of each Client. He helps Clients make not only legally sound but realistic and commercially intelligent decisions in their best interest. That results in building meaningful long-term relationships with the Client rooted in mutual trust and long-term relationship, which has resulted in Adarsh being engaged by the Clients to advise on sensitive aspects of their businesses as well as for their personal matters.

Adarsh graduated from NALSAR University of Law (in 2008) and is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. Before joining the Firm, Adarsh worked at Samvād: Partners and P&A Law Offices (the then India Associate office of Jones Day).
