Chetna is part of the Intellectual Property Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on Trademark Prosecution and Advisory. She advises clients on brand strategy and protection, prosecution, licensing, and enforcement. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Chetna was part of a leading IP practice in India where she assisted clients in managing extensive trademark portfolios for domestic and international clients and advised on effective brand protection strategies across key jurisdictions, including the US, UK, and European Union.

She graduated in law from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies.
