Parth is part of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on M&A and PE & VC transactions. He advises both, the buy and sell side in private company acquisitions and mergers, private equity transactions, and joint ventures., He also assists the board of directors, senior management, and business owners on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, strategy initiatives, and corporate social responsibility.

Parth has experience across sectors including telecommunication, information technology, manufacturing, software-as-a-service, automotive and digital payments. 

He graduated in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
