Sheen is part of the Employment and Risk Practice Group of the Firm. She advises domestic and international clients on contentious and non-contentious employment and risk matters including labour audits and annual risk assessments, employees’ benefits, and compensation structuring, downsizing of workforce and retrenchment, senior management severances, closure of industries, union negotiations, collective bargaining, investigations, corporate governance.

She has experience across sectors including manufacturing, telecommunications, construction, information technology, textile, education and healthcare. 

She graduated in law from the O.P. Jindal Global University.
