Srinivasan is part of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on TMT matters. Srinivasan has over a decade of experience advising sports governing bodies, football clubs, leagues, and start-ups on their corporate and commercial matters. 

He assists sports governing bodies, clubs, and franchises in the organization and management of competitions and related rights. He also works closely and advises new-age businesses and organizations in the Web 3.0 space.

He graduated in law from the National Law University, Jodhpur. Srinivasan also pursued the multi-disciplinary International Masters in Management, Law, and Humanities of Sport offered by the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) and FIFA, in collaboration with the De Montfort University, Leicester; the SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan; and the University of Neuchatel, Switzerland.
