Srishti is part of the Disputes Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on commercial litigation and arbitration. 

Since joining, Srishti has assisted clients in commercial and civil disputes across High Courts and tribunals and domestic and international arbitrations. She has also worked on contentious regulatory actions before the securities’ appellate tribunal and in white-collar investigations and resultant proceedings. In addition to commercial and regulatory disputes, Srishti supports the Intellectual Property Practice Group of the Firm in trademark and patent litigations where she assists clients in high-stake litigations in the automotive and pharmaceuticals sectors.

Prior to joining the Firm, Srishti worked with the former Additional Solicitor General of India and a senior Central Government standing counsel where she regularly assisted them on matters relating to key government policies and representing public sector undertakings in High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. 

Srishti holds an LLM in international arbitration and dispute resolution from the National University of Singapore.
