Arjun is part of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on TMT, Life Sciences, Healthcare and Pharma. He advises a variety of companies on commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, data protection, and real estate matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Arjun spent time at leading law firms assisting companies with concerns relating to data privacy, data storage, surveillance, liability of intermediaries, data breaches and reporting, as well as cross-border transfer of data including transfer impact assessments. In the health and pharma space, he also supported companies in regulatory compliances and assisted in the launch of medical devices and pharmaceutical products in India.

He graduated in law from ILS Law College, Pune, and holds an LLM with a specialization in healthcare laws from Cardiff University, Wales, the UK.
