Anshuman is a part of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital, and General Corporate Practice Groups.

With a decade and a half of experience in M&A, joint ventures, PE-VC, and general corporate commercial matters, Anshuman has represented clients across sectors, including healthcare, real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, warehousing, education, financial services, mining, information technology, foreign non-profit foundations, startups, and manufacturing.

He manages complex transactions, due diligence exercises, and regulatory landscapes. He understands each client’s unique needs and focuses on delivering comprehensive legal services and practical advice.

Prior to joining the Firm, Anshuman worked at a leading law firm for a decade and was a corporate partner at the Delhi office of a national firm.

Anshuman graduated in law from the Faculty of Law (Campus Law Centre), University of Delhi, and attended high school at Welham Boys’ School, Dehradun.
