Ragini is part of the General Corporate Practice Group of the Firm. She represents clients on technology, media, data privacy and protection, and corporate and general corporate and commercial matters.

Ragini has experience across technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, including software licensing and development, health tech, edu-tech, e-commerce, SaaS, blockchain, virtual assets, and fin-tech. With a strong focus on the evolving needs of the tech industry, she advises corporate entities through complex commercial contracts and helps them navigate regulatory landscapes in India and the Middle East Region.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ragini was part of specialist technology practices at various law firms.

She graduated in law from Amity Law School, Noida, and holds a Masters degree in law from Amity University.
