Shreya is part of the Private Equity & Venture Capital and General Corporate Practice Groups of the Firm. She represents clients on transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, general corporate practice matters, complex business matters, and day-to-day commercial agreements.

Shreya has experience across sectors and advises clients, from established businesses to startups, on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate social responsibility issues. She also assists investors and startups in early-stage private equity transactions and due diligence.

She graduated in law from National Law University Odisha.
