Kritika is part of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on M&A and PE and VC transactions. She advises clients on cross-border and domestic transactions as well as commercial contracts and internal policies. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Kritika worked as an in-house counsel with a leading e-commerce company in India. 

She graduated in law from the School of Law, Christ University, and obtained her Master’s from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.
