Mrinal is part of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on M&A and PE & VC transactions. She advises startups, promoters, senior management, and investors in private equity, venture capital, and debt funding transactions. She also assists clients on corporate governance matters and standard and bespoke contractual frameworks.

She has experience across sectors including fintech, sports franchise manufacturing, e-commerce, and sustainable energy. 

She graduated in law from the National Law University Odisha in Cuttack, Odisha.
