Aditi is part of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on M&A and PE & VC transactions. She represents both, the buy and sell side in mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures. 

Aditi has experience across sectors including pharma, logistics, information technology, manufacturing, and education technology. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Aditi was part of a leading Corporate and Commercial practice in India. 

She graduated in law from the School of Law, Christ University.
