Agrima is part of the Corporate, Employment, and Risk Practice Group of the Firm. She represents new-age businesses, board of directors, senior management, and business owners on corporate and regulatory matters, internal controls and governance frameworks, investigations, including those dealing with harassment and financial wrongdoing, workforce planning and management, including planning and execution of redundancies, senior hires and exits and secondment of expatriates. She also helps businesses plan and carry out employee training.
Agrima has experience across sectors including information technology, hospitality, manufacturing, consumer electronics, automotive, textiles, construction, F&B, alco-bev, banking, Web 3.0, and fantasy gaming.
Prior to joining the Firm, Agrima worked in in-house roles, which enables her to provide advice receptive to and focused on business-centric solutions.
She graduated in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
