Anshum is a partner at the Firm and focuses on general corporate practice. Based out of the Gurugram office of the Firm, Anshum advises clients across hospitality, real estate, regulatory, and technology matters.

With over two decades of experience spanning both in-house and private practice roles, she brings a commercially focused approach to complex legal and regulatory challenges. Having worked closely with fast-scaling businesses, she is well-versed in the start-up ecosystem and its unique challenges, including rapid growth, evolving regulatory landscapes, and dynamic stakeholder expectations.

Anshum adopts a pragmatic and business-first approach to legal advisory, focusing on delivering commercially viable solutions while proactively managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the Firm, she held roles in leading law firms as well as in high-growth consumer technology companies, including OYO, Zomato, and the Ibibo group, where she played a key role advising senior leadership as they scaled complex businesses across geographies.

Anshum graduated in law from the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad, and holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Dundee, UK.
