Cheitanya is part of the Disputes Practice Group of the Firm. He represents public sector undertakings, banks, privately held companies, non-profit organizations, national/political figures, and celebrities in the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and Tribunals on complex legal disputes with a key focus on commercial, insolvency, and trademark litigation. He also represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations in commercial disputes and before the adjudicating authority and appellate tribunal on matters relating to money laundering. 

Cheitanya has experience across sectors including real estate, construction, mining, shipping, oil and gas, banking and finance, manufacturing, and FMCG. 

He graduated in law from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies.
