Davender is part of the Intellectual Property Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on Patents and Designs. He is a registered Indian Patent Agent and a practicing lawyer. 

Davender represents domestic and international clients in identifying and protecting their Intellectual Property. He has extensive experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and strategy for varied industries and technologies, including chemical, mechanical, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electronics, and software. He is also experienced in IP due diligence, patent infringement, and invalidation proceedings.

Prior to joining the Firm, Davender worked at a leading law firm as an IP Attorney. 

He is a Chemical Engineer from BITS Pilani and holds an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of California, Berkeley.
