Deepayan co-founded the Firm and is a key and prominent member within the corporate practice of the Firm.
With a career spanning over a decade and a half, he advises clients across a diverse array of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, cross-border transactions, business restructuring, private client and wealth succession practice, antitrust compliance, regulatory matters, real estate transactions, and executive compensation. This multi-faceted role and his broad-based experience underscore his comprehensive grasp and holistic understanding of business and allow him to provide legal advice that meets the commercial objectives of his clients.

Before starting the Firm, Deepayan worked with AZB & Partners and P&A Law Offices (the-then associate office of Jones Day). He graduated law from the NALSAR University of Law and is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi.
