Jomol is part of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on M&A and PE & VC transactions. She advises clients on cross-border transactions, corporate financing, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and cross-border investment strategies. She also assists senior management, promoters, and business owners on corporate governance, policies, strategy initiatives, and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jomol represented clients in disputes across judicial and quasi-judicial forums in India and in international arbitration institutions. 

She has experience across sectors including IT, manufacturing, F&B, agriculture, agri-tech, automotive and e-commerce. 

She graduated in law from the National Law Institute University of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
