Kriti is part of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on M&A and PE & VC transactions. She advises both, the buy and sell side across growth stages on foreign investment strategy, corporate financing, private equity and venture capital transactions, private and public company acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures. She also assists clients on corporate governance and strategy initiatives as well as corporate social responsibility.

She has experience across sectors including food and beverage, manufacturing, information technology, and telecommunication infrastructure. 

She graduated in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
