Kriti is part of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm. She represents the Firm’s clients in private equity and acquisition cross-border transactions, listed and unlisted debt investments, investments by foreign non-profit foundations, and regulatory advisory work. 

Kriti’s experience in investment and acquisition transactions cuts across industries and sectors including telecom, e-commerce, real estate, financial services, education and ed-tech, and single and multi-brand retail trading. As well as inbound and outbound M&A, she has extensive experience in corporate restructurings, including court and tribunal-approved mergers, demergers, and capital restructurings.

Prior to joining the Firm, Kriti worked in leading law firms assisting global investors and private equity firms in PE-VC transactions, cross-border M&As, corporate restructurings, debt investments, investments by foreign non-profit foundations, and general corporate commercial matters. 

She graduated in law from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur.
