Neelam is part of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice Groups of the Firm. She represents clients on PE-VA, M&A, ESG, and corporate and commercial matters. Her transactional experience and expertise include advising investors at early-stage and mid-stage capital funding at various stages, including M&A exits, 100% sale, and strategic investments.

Neelam has experience across sectors including technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, including manufacturing, technology, FMCG, pharma, logistics, and insurance.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked with a leading Corporate and Commercial Practice in India.

Neelam graduated in law from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. She is also a recipient of the prestigious AITS Scholarship.
