Nikunj is part of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on M&A and PE & VC transactions, and general corporate and commercial matters. He advises both investors and investees across growth stages, representing global investment funds, multinational corporations, and high-growth Indian enterprises.

Prior to joining the Firm, Nikunj worked with a leading law Firm where he advised clients in transaction structuring, legal due diligence, and drafting and negotiating transaction and commercial agreements. He also advises on regulatory compliance under Indian corporate and foreign exchange laws.

Nikunj has experience across sectors including manufacturing, alcohol beverage, healthcare, retail, pharmaceuticals, maritime, and financial services.
