Palani is part of the Transaction Support Group of the Firm and assists teams and clients on M&A and PE & VC transactions. He also advises clients on corporate and secretarial matters as well as corporate and regulatory matters across sectors. Palani graduated from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce.
