Priyadarshini is part of the founding team of the Firm and serves as its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

In that role, she manages the day-to-day operations of the Firm and oversees its overall administration. She leads a team of professionals across finance, human resources, and administration and has helped put in place the structure and framework that has enabled the Firm to grow in a short period of time. 

As a key member of the Firm, the team looks to her to provide overall guidance and strategic input on the operations and vision of the Firm. 

Priyadarshini has over two decades of experience working across companies such as Taj, Cox & Kings, Birla, and P&A Law Offices, the then associate office of Jones Day in India.
