Priyanka is part of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on M&A and PE & VC transactions. She assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters.

She graduated in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
