Vigneshwar is part of the Disputes Practice Group of the Firm. He represents clients in diverse commercial disputes across High Courts and tribunals and domestic and international arbitrations. He supports the Firm’s Intellectual Practice Group in trademark and patent litigations and the Employment Practice Group in labour disputes. He also assists clients on contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters, white-collar investigations, and resultant litigation. 

He has experience across sectors including information technology, construction, e-commerce, food and beverages, manufacturing, fintech, and services.

He graduated in law from the School of Law, Sastra University. He is an editor of a monthly law journal by the Madras of High Court. He has been part of the editorial teams for commentaries on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and arbitration law in India.
