Rachita is a partner at the Firm and focuses her practice on venture capital, private equity, and corporate advisory. She specializes in assisting investors, founders, business owners, and issuers to secure financing through equity and debt.
Based out of the Bengaluru office of the Firm, Rachita is well regarded in the early and growth stage community and is a counsel to clients across sectors, including fintech, education, IT, food, logistics, renewable energy, and more. Her hands-on approach and insights are highly valued by founders and investors seeking early-stage fundraising guidance.
Rachita’s approach is marked by delivering effective and actionable advice which is based on her time as a counsel as well as a successful entrepreneur.

Rachita graduated in law from the National Law School of India University and spent a semester on exchange at the Georgetown University Law Center. Before joining the Firm, she worked at TT&A, Trilegal & Novo Juris.
Aside from advocacy, Rachita serves as a visiting faculty at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, where she teaches students equity fundraising strategies and contract drafting. She also spent time pursuing a successful entrepreneurial venture and understands the challenges that come with operating a business.
