Sandeep is part of the Corporate Practice Group of the Firm with a focus on M&A and PE & VC transactions. He advises investors, promoters, and businesses across various growth stages in matters relating to corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, debt fundraising, domestic funds, and alternative investment funds. He also assists clients on corporate, secretarial, and regulatory matters. 

He has experience across sectors including financial technology, impact investment, information technology, logistics, and green energy.

Sandeep holds an LLM from the Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be) University, Pune. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
