Shantanu is part of Mergers and Acquisitions and General Corporate Practice Groups of the Firm. He represents clients on transactional matters, M&A, ESG compliance, and day-to-day commercial agreements.

Shantanu has experience across sectors, and regularly advises and counsels on corporate governance, regulatory compliances and corporate social responsibility issues. He assists investor and start-up companies in early-stage private equity transactions and due diligence.

He graduated in law from Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur.
