Shivanshu is part of the Corporate, Risk, and Employment Practice Group of the Firm. He counsels domestic as well as international clients on bespoke contractual frameworks, internal controls, and governance frameworks, investigations, including those dealing with harassment and financial wrongdoings, workforce planning, and management, including planning and execution of redundancies, senior hires and exits and secondment of expatriates. He also assists clients on regulatory matters. 

He has experience across sectors including information technology/Web 3.0, online gaming, telecommunications, digital services, manufacturing, hospitality, food and beverage, and healthcare. 

He graduated in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
